Our glass tiles won't fold, spindle or mutilate. Scratch maybe, and even break if you apply Herculean measures. Normal, daily use--including meat cleavers, metal pans, tea cups and Tonka trucks (and lizards)--are all fair game. Glass will stand up to just about anything normal daily use throws at it. Acids that etch Corian and stone won't penetrate glass, oils that soak into stone, magic marker and berry juice—nothing penetrates glass.  As a cutting board they are crisp and clean (but will dull your knives…).
